At the team building training workshop, the management of the OSTSPED group was able to practice and analyze some issues related to:
– building an effective team in a distributed organization
– building good relationships within the team
– the synergy of experience and team skills
– discovering strengths and mutual trust in the team
The training conducted by coach Tomasz Miler showed that there is always the right time to talk about building strong, effective teams.
And well-functioning teams are the key to the companies future :)
