Any time is good for running! You can run at any age, alone, with your family or with your beloved pet. Movement is key! We support various initiatives related to sport, because movement is a great investment needed by each of us. There are many benefits to running. One thing is certain, systematic running has a positive effect on health and reduces stress.

We are glad that we could participate in this year’s marathon “8 Ostrowska Jesień Biegowa” as its patron. This event in our region already has its own tradition and attracts more and more supporters every year. Well done to all participants!
