Never too much training. We can always perform our tasks better, drawing joy and satisfaction from work at the same time. Unfortunately, habits established over the years do not always change into our effectiveness. Sometimes it’s worth learning new, proven methods of cooperation with clients. This is what the training of our sales team was for.

For two days, during the training workshop, our sales representatives deepened their knowledge on how to better understand customer needs. During practical classes:

  • refreshed their knowledge of communication and decision-making,
  • practiced conversations with clients,
  • they learned how to control the commercial process to feel more confident in it.

The training, based on discussions, games, exercises and teamwork, was conducted by Andrzej Borcz from Enterprise Advisors.
