On May 25, 2018, the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such information, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (name of the GDPR).

Due to the above, PST OST SPED Sp. z o. o. informs you that:

  3. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator;
  4. The legitimate interests pursued by the Company consist in offering customers services that primarily contribute to increasing the stability and security of economic transactions;
  5. Personal data is processed manually and automatically;
  6. The administrator processes your personal data to the extent that they are made publicly available by sources, i.e. e.g. from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEiDG);
  7. The data will not be made available to entities other than those authorized under the law;
  8. The data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization;
  9. The Administrator makes every effort to provide the stored personal data with physical, technical and organizational protection measures against their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations;
  10. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
  • request the Administrator to access your personal data,
  • request the Administrator to correct your personal data,
  • request the Administrator to delete your personal data,
  • request the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • transferring your personal data,
  • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority;
